This is what I would consider a very wearable, everyday way to use bright colours.  Like I said, keep the eyeliner to a minimum, making a thin line.  I used a white liner on my waterline to brighten the look.  The lid was originally a lime green, but then I added yellow to the inner corner, and blue to the outer corner.  Then, I used the same colours on the bottom lash line.  I’d recommend using a shimmery white in the inner corner, but I forgot to.  Yes, the colours I used are fairly vivid and bright, but if worn right it can look fine.  :)
